In our webshop, you can now place your order directly — simply choose your desired item, click buy, and complete your payment at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll begin crafting your Hallestam piece with the utmost care and love, and send it to you as soon as it’s ready.

If you wish to customize your order — for example by choosing a specific color, material, or size — we’re always happy to help. Simply reach out through our contact form or email us at info@hallestam.com, and we’ll guide you through a personal order process tailored to your wishes.

Since our products are special orders created just for you, all payments are made in advance to confirm your order. Once we receive your payment, we'll start crafting your unique Hallestam product with love and care.

Prefer to pay by Bankgiro? Just send us a message at info@hallestam.com, and we’ll be happy to send you an invoice and register your order manually with care.

We currently offer several delivery options within Europe:

• Standard delivery – 150 SEK Available across Europe. Hallestam covers all costs exceeding this amount.

• Free delivery Orders over 3,500 SEK qualify for free shipping within Europe.

• Private home delivery along Costa del Sol – 150 SEK For customers located within 35 km of Fuengirola, we offer personal delivery straight to your doorstep. The system will automatically calculate if this option is available for your address.

• Free home delivery in Fuengirola Within 5 km of Fuengirola center, we offer complimentary local delivery.

All prices include VAT. (25%)

If you’re located outside Europe and wish to place an order, please email us at info@hallestam.com — we’ll be happy to review the possibilities and find a suitable shipping solution for you.

We strive to deliver your handmade, unique product as soon as possible, but we kindly ask for your patience as we take the time needed to lovingly craft your Hallestam piece by hand. The delivery time can vary depending on the product selected and the number of orders currently in the queue.

Please keep in mind that during busy periods, such as Valentine's Day or Christmas for example, demand can be especially high, so it's best to place your order well in advance. We will always provide a more precise delivery estimate when you make your inquiry or order request.

Returns & Exchanges All Hallestam Design products are custom made to order, crafted especially for you once your purchase is confirmed. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges on these items, as each piece is created individually according to your selected design and specifications.

Gift Cards Gift cards are exempt from this rule. According to consumer protection laws, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the gift card is unused. Once a gift card has been partially or fully redeemed, it is considered activated and can no longer be refunded.

All prices on our website are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona) by default. At the top of the website, you can use the currency selector to switch and view prices in EUR (Euro) if you prefer. Payments are processed in the selected currency, ensuring transparent and accurate pricing for all our customers.

If you’re shopping from outside Sweden, your bank or payment provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate.

Yes, most Hallestam Design pieces can be customized in color or with small design adjustments. If you have a specific vision in mind, you’re welcome to contact us — we’ll explore the possibilities together and provide a tailored quote.

Every Hallestam piece is handmade with love — and we hope you’ll care for it with the same warmth it was created with. Because each item is crafted by hand, gentle care is essential to keep it beautiful for years to come.

For handmade garments, we recommend hand washing in cool water with mild detergent, and letting them dry flat to preserve their shape and texture.

For bags and accessories, please handle with care — avoid soaking, and simply wipe them gently with a soft, damp cloth when needed.

Trapillo, also known as t-shirt yarn, is a unique and sustainable material made from recycled fabric remnants from the fashion industry. Instead of letting these leftover textiles go to waste, they're repurposed by cutting them into long strips, which are then rolled into yarn.

This process not only helps reduce waste but also creates a versatile and durable material that can be used for crafting various items, like bags, rugs, and home decor.
