Hallestam is founded and creatively directed by Jennie Hallestam.
Each work reflects the atelier’s artistic vision, craftsmanship, and dedication to tactile materials, contemporary expression, and handcrafted detail.
Hallestam works are handcrafted artistic objects and should be handled with care.
For wearable textile pieces and garments, gentle hand washing or professional cleaning is recommended unless otherwise specified.
Bags, wall art, and structured textile works should be protected from excessive moisture, direct heat, sharp surfaces, and unnecessary strain.
Due to the handcrafted nature of the materials and techniques used, small variations and natural signs of texture are considered part of each piece’s character.
Yes. Every Hallestam work is created as an individual piece.
While certain designs, silhouettes, or artistic concepts may occasionally be revisited, no two works are ever reproduced exactly alike. Variations in materials, composition, color combinations, lining selections, hardware, framing, handcrafted details, or artistic finishing ensure that each piece carries its own distinct identity.
This individuality is an intentional part of the Hallestam atelier and artistic process.
Yes. Hallestam works are created through a handcrafted artistic process using carefully selected materials and techniques.
The atelier combines textile craftsmanship, sculptural expression, wearable design, and contemporary artistic direction to create pieces intended to exist somewhere between fashion, object, and art.
