Atelier Orders

Hallestam operates from Sweden and currently ships handcrafted artistic works and atelier pieces within the European Union.

For international collaborations, gallery inquiries, or special shipping requests outside the EU, please contact the atelier directly.

Available works are carefully prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after payment has been received and processed.

For made-to-order works, commissioned pieces, or custom requests, estimated production and shipping timelines will be communicated individually.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners selected based on destination, size, and handling requirements.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, seasonal demand, and carrier conditions.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email when applicable.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

In some cases, Hallestam may offer complimentary shipping. If Hallestam has covered the original shipping cost for an order, this amount will be deducted from the final refund in the event of a return.

Packaging & Care During Transit

Each artwork and atelier object is carefully packaged to help ensure safe transportation and presentation upon arrival.

Customers are asked to inspect their shipment upon delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend reporting the damage directly to the delivery carrier at the time of receipt whenever possible.

Please also contact Hallestam within 48 hours of delivery and include relevant photographs of both the packaging and the item so the matter can be reviewed promptly.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, local customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Hallestam.
