At Hallestam Design, each item is lovingly handmade and crafted to order. Once your payment is received, we begin production of your item, and shipping is arranged as soon as it is ready.

Please allow 5–14 business days for production, depending on the item and current order volume. You will be notified via email once your order is ready to ship.

We ship via trusted carriers. Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically take 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and include handling and packaging.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey.
