Return Policy
Eligible Returns
For eligible in-stock purchases made within the European Union, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

Return Conditions
Returned works and atelier pieces must be sent back in their original condition, including original packaging where possible.
Items must not show signs of use, damage, alteration, wear, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the piece upon delivery.
Hallestam reserves the right to refuse a return or make deductions from the refund amount if the returned item is not received in acceptable condition.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If Hallestam has covered the original shipping cost for an order, this amount will be deducted from the final refund.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Made-to-Order & Commissioned Works
Made-to-order pieces, commissioned works, custom requests, and personalised creations are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
This exception is made in accordance with applicable EU consumer legislation regarding custom-made and personalised goods.
Damaged Deliveries
If an order arrives damaged during transit, customers are asked to contact Hallestam within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of both the packaging and the item.
Whenever possible, visible shipping damage should also be reported directly to the delivery carrier upon receipt.
