By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
The Atelier
Hallestam presents handcrafted artistic objects through its online atelier, including wall art, wearable art, textile works, bags, garments, and other collectible creations.
Some pieces are available for immediate purchase and shipment, while others are created as made-to-order or custom commissions.
All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT in accordance with Swedish and EU regulations.
In-Stock Pieces & Shipping
Artworks and atelier pieces marked as available may be purchased directly through hallestam.com and are shipped as soon as possible after payment has been received and processed.
As each piece is handcrafted, small variations in texture, color, shape, or finish may occur and are considered part of the work’s artistic character.
Made-to-Order & Custom Commissions
Selected works are created specifically upon request or commission.
For made-to-order, personalised, or custom-created pieces, production begins after payment has been received in full. Once production has started, the order becomes binding and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
This is in accordance with applicable consumer legislation regarding personalised and custom-made goods.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
For eligible in-stock purchases, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date the order is received.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Hallestam reserves the right to refuse returns or make deductions from the refund amount if a piece has been used, altered, damaged, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If Hallestam has covered the original shipping cost for the order, this amount may be deducted from the final refund.
Secure Payments
We accept payments through secure and approved payment providers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided at checkout is correct.
Updates & Changes
Hallestam reserves the right to update prices, artwork information, availability, and these terms at any time without prior notice.
