Hallestam Design – Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Ordering

• Wholesale orders can be placed directly via email to our sales representative.

• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) and opening order value will be communicated upon request and may vary depending on the product range.

2. Production Time

• All items are handmade to order unless otherwise agreed. Please allow 2–4 weeks for production, depending on the size of the order. Estimated production time will always be communicated.

3. Customization

• Many of our products can be customized in terms of color, size, or design details. Custom requests must be approved before order confirmation.

• Custom pieces are non-returnable.

• Please be aware that custom pieces might take longer to deliver due to special material deliver for production.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Wholesale prices and suggested retail prices (SRP) will be provided in the official retailer catalog.

• Prices are listed in SEK (or EUR depending on region) and exclude VAT and shipping unless otherwise stated.

• Payment terms: 50% upfront deposit upon confirmation, remaining 50% before shipping, unless other terms are agreed upon.

• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer or Swish.

5. Shipping

• Shipping costs are borne by the retailer and will be calculated once the order is ready to ship. 
  Free delivery along Costa del Sol, Spain.

• We ship from Sweden or Spain with reliable carriers (e.g. DHL, UPS). 

• Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the retailer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• As all pieces are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Any issues must be reported within 5 days of receiving the order.

• Approved claims will be replaced after inspection.

7. Exclusivity

• Geographic or brand exclusivity may be granted on a case-by-case basis depending on order volume and mutual agreement.

9. Sustainability & Handmade Nature

• All products are handmade in small batches. Minor variations in color or shape are natural and part of the charm of artisanal work.
